From preselection to curated public spotlight, each step of the programme is designed to reveal confidence, identity, and editorial presence.

Step 1 — apply

Ready to join?

Submit three images – a face shot, hair detail, and full-body portrait – along with a brief introduction about yourself and your social media handles. This is your first step toward becoming part of the Glam Gallery Ambassador Programme.

Step 2 — Preselection

Glam Gallery Studio reviews all applications based on presence, photogenic qualities, alignment with the brand, and creative potential. Only a curated selection of candidates will progress to the next stage.

Step 3 - Preselected Applicants Announced

The candidates moving forward are announced and invited to submit a brief video clip introducing themselves, sharing their story, creative vision, and why they wish to be part of the programme. Videos will not be shared publicly at this stage, but may be featured for marketing purposes after the successful appointment. This allows the studio to assess personality and style beyond images while protecting privacy during selection.

Step 4 — Public Vote

Approved images may be shared for online voting. While public engagement informs the process, it does not guarantee selection. Glam Gallery Studio also considers photogenic suitability, brand alignment, and overall potential as an ambassador.

Step 5 — Final Selection

After thorough review, Glam Gallery Studio announces the chosen Brand Face, Creative Ambassadors, and Digital Ambassadors. Selected individuals will embark on a year of editorial campaigns, photoshoots, creative direction, and exclusive experiences as part of the programme.
